PALS-B

Hello Lab School Families,

On behalf of the Parents Association of Lab School – Baltimore (PALS-B), welcome to our community of parents. The purpose of PALS-B is to foster cooperation and community spirit among parents, administration, faculty, staff, trustees and students. We also promote understanding among parents concerning the school’s objectives, enable parents to be of service to the school, and foster a sense of shared commitment and purpose with our parent, the Lab School of Washington.

An exciting year is unfolding, with lots of great activities, lectures, and fundraising events. Our biggest news is that PALS-B made a significant contribution toward the purchase of computers and software that will facilitate reading, writing, and research for learning disabled students in the library at Baltimore Lab.

Please check out our calendar, with its list of meetings, lectures, informal coffees, and family social activities. All of these events are designed to strengthen the bonds between us, and further our goal of building community.

All parents are members of PALS-B, however, a $25 donation is encouraged. Join PALS-B and show your children how important community service is by being a great role model. It’s not too late to sign up and/or to serve on one of our many committees. Committee Chairs for the year 2007-2008 are posted on this website. Please contact them directly. It takes many volunteers to have a great organization, and we are counting on you!!
