21st annual LSW Physics Egg Drop Competition
By Dr. Noelle Vargas
The Physics classes have been working hard to design a package for an egg that would protect it from a 6 meter drop from the top of the high school forum. The designing, brainstorming, and building took several weeks and all of the students worked very hard on their projects! On Tuesday, January 25th, we hosted the competition to see which designs would be most successful. We had 3 out of 12 projects survive! It was great to see the culmination of all the hard work put in by the students and it was great to have a live audience for our competition!
